As part of Vasundhara Week and under the theme “Save the Earth, Beautify the Earth”, the Nashik Municipal Corporation, in collaboration with Elite Club of Nashik, led a special drive – “My Nandini, My Responsibility”.
🌿 Impact Highlights:
- 500+ kg waste removed from the Nandini riverbed
- 100+ volunteers joined hands for the cause
- Strong awareness message on cleanliness and environmental protection spread
The event, guided by Additional Commissioner Mrs. Karishma Nair, concluded with an environmental pledge by students and volunteers: “My Earth, My Responsibility”.
This successful campaign was supported by the NMC Education Department, Solid Waste Management Department, and other civic bodies, under the leadership of Deputy Commissioners Ajit Nikat and Nitin Pawar.
