Cancellation & Refund
At ECYF Elite Club Youth Foundation, we are committed to building a trusted community and ensuring transparency in all our processes. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to ECYF Elite Club Youth Foundation may be canceled or refunded. By making a payment on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Membership & Donations
Membership fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of duplicate payments.
Donations made to ECYF Elite Club Youth Foundation are considered voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable.
2. Event Registrations
If you register for an event/workshop organized by ECYF Elite Club Youth Foundation:
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event date will be eligible for a full refund (after deducting applicable transaction charges).
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will not be eligible for any refund.
In case the event is canceled or rescheduled by ECYF Elite Club Youth Foundation, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer the registration to a future event.
3. Services & Programs
For any paid programs/services, refund eligibility will be clearly mentioned at the time of enrollment.
If no specific terms are mentioned, the default policy will be non-refundable once the service/program has commenced.
4. Technical Errors & Duplicate Payments
If you experience a transaction failure or make a duplicate payment, please contact us with the transaction details.
Verified duplicate or failed payments will be refunded in full within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation.
The time taken for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
